01Random Death Match (RDM): You cannot kill anyone without an active situation or a valid reason.
02Vehicle Death Match (VDM): You cannot hit any player with your vehicle under any circumstances.
03Combat Logging: Quitting the game during an active situation in which you are involved is prohibited.
04Fail Roleplay (Fail RP): You must act as though the in-game character is you, without mentioning real-life elements (e.g., server restart, Discord, YouTube).
05New Life Rule (NLR): After dying in a code-red situation, you cannot rejoin that situation within 30 minutes or return to a robbery until it's over.
06No Fear RP: You must show fear when at gunpoint and follow commands even if they are against your favor. Not doing so is considered "No Fear."
07Meta Gaming: Using out-of-character information in roleplay (e.g., recognizing someone's voice, checking their ID, stream sniping) is prohibited.
08Power Gaming: Misusing game mechanics or gaining unfair advantages over others (e.g., forcing a hostage to withdraw money) is not allowed.
09Revenge RP: Taking revenge for a previous roleplay situation without proper roleplay is not allowed.
10Combat Reviving: Reviving during an active situation or before it's over is prohibited (e.g., during a robbery or a zone battle).
11Character Mixing: Using multiple accounts to join different jobs or factions is prohibited.
12Combat Storing: Storing items in your house or car during an active situation to avoid getting caught is prohibited.
13Erotic Roleplay: Engaging in any intimate or sexual roleplay is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
14Low Effort RP: Not being actively involved or showing unserious behavior in situations (e.g., being AFK or using short responses repeatedly) is not allowed.
15No Value of Life: Performing actions that show disregard for your life (e.g., jumping out of a moving vehicle or off mountains) is not allowed.
16Event Disturbing: Creating disturbances or causing problems near events, such as interrupting a stream or roaming unnecessarily, is prohibited.
17Stream Sniping: Gaining information about a player's plans or location through their livestream is strictly prohibited.
18Kidnapping of EMS/Police: Kidnapping EMS is not allowed. Police can be kidnapped under certain conditions (valid reason, double manpower).
19Interaction with MRPD Officers: Civilians must remove masks and respect officers. Non-compliance will be considered Fail RP.
20Cop Baiting: Teasing, disturbing, or distracting on-duty officers to provoke a chase is prohibited.
21Scamming: Scamming is not allowed. Proof of scamming can lead to a permanent ban.
22Buying/Selling In-Game Stuff: Selling or buying in-game items with real money is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
23Server Restarts/Crashes: Exploiting a server restart or crash to gain an advantage or escape an RP situation is not allowed.
24Kidnapping/Looting of Civilians: Kidnapping or looting random civilians is not allowed. You may only kidnap or loot during an active rivalry or with a valid RP reason.

01Once a robbery is triggered, only the rebels inside the robbery zone are allowed to participate. Third-party interference or flanking & backup is not allowed.
02Once the robbery is over and LSPD has won the situation, LSPD can signal EMS to respond and provide CPR to continue the situation and interrogate the robbers.
03LSPD has the right to confiscate all legal guns and revoke weapon licenses if any licensed weapon is found being used in a crime.
04If you exit the game during a robbery (intentional quit, game crash, or internet issue), you are not allowed to re-enter that situation. Failure to follow this rule will result in 24 hour ban.
05You cannot initiate a code-red directly in any robbery, except for major robberies, and must engage in roleplay for a few minutes before initiating.
06Code-red can only be triggered verbally or through a tweet.
07EMS is not allowed to respond on major robberies. You must respawn if you are dead or your gang members can carry you to hospital.
08Unlimited PD & Rebels are allowed at major robberies.

01Major Robberies: Unlimited robbers and cops (minimum 5 robbers).
02Fleeca Banks: Maximum 4 robbers and 4 cops.
03Main Bank: Unlimited robbers and cops (minimum 5 robbers).
04Shops: Maximum 2 robbers and 2 cops.
05Jewels: Maximum 3 robbers and 3 cops.

01No alliances will be considered in any spray zones.
02No third-party involvement is allowed.
03No backup is allowed for Rebels. If code-red is initiated, only those Rebels who were present in the area can participate.
04If a code-red is initiated (e.g., on Grove Street), it will take place across the entire area, not just one block.
05NLR (New Life Rule) must be respected and adhered to for 30 minutes.
06Cops can intervene in any code-red situation but must properly dispatch the area concerned. They can only shoot anyone in the area after 30 seconds of the dispatch.
07No safe zones except the hospital will be considered in zones (e.g., shops and petrol pumps are not safe zones).
08Rebels can use shops and petrol pumps as cover during a code-red situation.
09Code-red must be initiated verbally. For example, if the situation is between Deadlox and Raees, they must verbally warn each other and initiate code-red within 30 seconds.
10After initiating code-red verbally, a tweet must be sent (mentioning the gangs involved). Other gangs/civilians must leave the area immediately, with no physical or verbal contact.
11Kidnapping is strictly prohibited in territories. The only thing allowed is asking others to leave the area (violators will be banned for 24 hours).

01You must mention the player's name/ID in OOC chat when asking them to save their POV (e.g., "ID 69, save POV for VDM at Hospital").
02Double carrying in any form will lead to a 12-hour ban from the server.
03To trigger a robbery, first ask in /OOC if any robbery is in progress. Ban duration: 12 hours.
04Your in-game name and Discord name must be the same. Using different or unrealistic names will result in a 12-hour ban.
05Spraying at LSPD, FIB Station, and Hospital is strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned for 24 hours.
06Canceling server-sided animations (e.g., during Money Wash or drug-making processes) will result in a permanent ban.
07When requesting an admin revive, you must have a valid and clear POV of the incident. Failing to provide POV will result in a ban.
08Asking for revives, heals, or teleports in OOC chat will result in a kick or ban. Use /report for such requests.
09Any bug abuse related to whitelisted jobs (e.g., using a car for delivery instead of a truck) will result in a 12-hour ban, and the job level will reset to 0.
10OOC is for admin help only, not for chat. Chatting in OOC will result in a warning, followed by a 12-hour ban.
11No compensation will be given for failing to follow the rules.
12Using the F8 key to exit the game by typing "quit" with extra words (e.g., "quit timed out" or "quit kicked") is considered exploiting a server bug and will lead to a permanent ban.
13Taunting or abusing others in OOC chat or during roleplay will result in a 24-hour ban. Repeated offenses may lead to a permanent ban.
14After a code-red situation, you must either be revived and leave the area or respawn before quitting the server. Violators will be banned for 24 hours.
15Any disrespect or taunting directed towards a staff member will result in a 24-hour ban.
16Using graphic packs that remove water, bushes, or props, or give any advantage, will result in a 24-hour ban.
17Abusing key presses (e.g., X, B, E, and F10) after character death is considered bug abuse and will result in a 24-hour ban.
18From now on, your PL, FPS, and Ping must be visible on your POV during code-red situations. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 12-hour ban.
19Gangs cannot initiate code-red at robberies. If another gang is already present, you must leave the area without any interaction.
20If your PL is above 10% or your Ping is above 300 ms, you cannot participate in code-red situations. You can still roleplay, but cannot engage in code-red. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 24-hour ban.

01Gang mansion raids are allowed ( only 1 in 24 Hours ) .
02You cannot kidnap anyone unless you have gang rivalry with another gang.
03Software updates are allowed but doing erotic RP is not allowed.
04Example: Forcing them to do lap dance will consider in power gaming.
05Alliance is not allowed in gang rivalries.
06Only gangs that have rivalry with each other they can start a kidnapping situation against each other. No other gangs are allowed to join or interfere in that ( Kidnapping Cooldown: 30 Minutes ) .
07Gang rivalry duration is 3 days after that in order to start a gang rivalry you have to wait 1 week.
08Members of any third gang seen in that kidnapping situation will be banned.
09From now on if any gang has rivalry with another gang, only then you can kidnap members of the rivalry gang.
10No one can kidnap anyone for no reason. Only 1 gang can start rivalry at that point, no other gang has right to start rivalry.
11Only gangs that have a rivalry can start a kidnapping situation against each other. No other gangs are allowed to join or interfere in that kidnapping situation. If someone breaks this rule, they will be banned for 1 day.
12You cannot kidnap female hostage in type of RP situation.
13You cannot continue any type of situation or cannot create any type of situation when 30 minutes raid anon is added by any gang.
14You can only kidnap someone when there is a minimum of 2 backups of gang members.
15The gang who got raided will have to stay inside during the raid, and the gang conducting the raid will stay along the boundary of the mansion. The 100-meter rule will not apply.
