By purchasing any item, package, or service from the Prime X Roleplay store, you agree to follow all server rules and these shop policies.

Failure to comply may result in removal of purchased items without refund.

MONEY & TRANSACTIONS

All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Double-check your purchase before completing payment.

Payments are processed securely through our store provider.

CHARGEBACK / DISPUTEMay result in a permanent server ban and removal of all purchased content.

DELIVERY

All items are virtual goods such as cars, roles and perks.

Refunds are not offered for:

Refunds are only considered in rare cases such as a duplicate purchase or technical error.

Any attempt to exploit, duplicate or abuse store items can lead to immediate removal of items and a permanent server ban.

Purchased perks must never be used to gain an unfair advantage or break RP rules.

SERVER BALANCE

Server packages may be updated, modified or removed at any time to maintain balance.

You will not lose access, but features may change for fairness and server health.
